About Therapy Beats
Meet Dr. Judy and discover the story behind Therapy Beats—a research-informed audio program centered on rhythm, movement, and emotional well-being.
Meet Dr. Judith Hutton
Dr. Judith Hutton created this program from a lifelong passion for helping individuals build stronger listening, rhythm, and communication skills in a way that feels supportive, structured, and easy to use.
With decades of experience in education, therapy, and skill development, Judith recognized the need for resources that could support growth beyond traditional settings. This program brings together research-informed activities, clear organization, and practical tools that can be used by parents, therapists, teachers, and individuals at their own pace.
At its heart, this work is about connection. Every activity is designed to encourage confidence, strengthen communication, and make meaningful progress feel possible one step at a time.
